After dark, the mini safari tour really comes to life!
The same great mini safari tour however with the addition of an incredible lion feeding. The safari vehicle is filled with the sounds of the nights and the roar of the lions as they enjoy a full feeding.
The Sunset Drive is only available on Weekends (September to May) and Public Holidays at 17:00
Please note that the restaurant, 5 domes curio stores, and kiosk close at 18:00.Should you wish to enjoy a meal or walk around the shops, we recommend you do this before going on your drive.
Lion & Safari Park
Was really nice to see the Lions up close. The only thing was that there were people constantly standing and walking around while we were driving, after the guide told us at the beginning to all be seated until we stopped. My daughter (6) couldn't always see what we wanted to show her when we drove pass. - Gerrit

We had an unforgettable sunset safari experience on October 26th, 2024. It was clear that the park takes great care in looking after the animals, maintaining an environment where they can roam freely. Our driver (Mickayla) was exceptional. She was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She went out of her way to ensure we had the best views and answered all questions with a smile.
